This message is going out to my Filipino readers, especially those of you in the Philippines right now. My aunt has recently been diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma stage 3 (cancer of the lymph nodes). She'll be starting chemotherapy treatment soon and, unfortunately, that's quite expensive in the Philippines. My cousins - her sons - have begun to organize this fundraiser to help pay the fees. Unfortunately, I cannot be there, so I'm doing my part by spreading the word.
Basically, a mini-concert is being held by several Filipino artists (who are generously performing for free!). Admission is only P150 (That's barely 4$US/CAN!!) and the more people who come, the more help we can get. Even if you don't know me or my family, you get to see so many artists performing for such a low price!
Please help support this cause since I cannot be there with my family. Thank you to those who do!
