“What is it like to be in love?”

“Free. It feels free, like there’s nothing that can stop me, nothing can hold me down.
It feels as if I can do anything because of love and I’m free of the fear of failure because,
even if I can’t do everything, at least at the end of the day,
there’s still me and him. When all else fails, love won’t.”

Epilogue

Warning: This is just a brief summary of what happened to the characters featured in the For Two series. All of their summaries will be here, so warning to those who haven't read all 5 stories.

A Kitchen for Two

Hankyung did master Korean cuisine, helping bring Suju restaurant to become one of the most famous and sought-after night restaurant in all of South Korea. He also mastered the language with the help of his friends.
Kibum eventually left Suju restaurant to become the head chef at a rival restaurant, keeping his ties with his friends at Suju. He felt he had grown as both a chef and a person his years at Suju and that it was time to leave to continue growing. That, and he couldn't help competing his kitchen against Hankyung's.
Kibum still remains quiet about their relationship while Hankyung tells anyone who'll listen.

A Song for Two

In a small, private ceremony amongst close friends and family, Shiwon and Heechul did make their relationship official. Shiwon continues to be both owner and pianist at Suju restaurant, proud that his school project flourishes in the real world.
After years of being Shiwon's eyes when going over the restaurant accounts, Heechul eventually went from being the head waiter to co-owner, even going back to school to become an accountant.
They've never been happier.

A Dinner for Two

Before Kyuhyun finished his program at SM Academy of Fine Arts, he was offered many jobs to preform world wide. He eventually left the restaurant to pursue his dream as a pianist. When he does visit his friends at Suju, Shiwon always asks him to play; he never refuses.
Sungmin finished medical school to become a doctor. Eventually he went on to be one of Korea's best cardiac surgeons. He always did understand the ways of the heart.
Shindong married happily and now owns a successful restaurant in America. During holidays, he returns to Korea with his family and visits his friends at Suju restaurant. His first born turned out to be a boy; they named him Kyuhyun.

A Heart for Two

Eeteuk never returned to medical school. He remained at Suju restaurant until he died five years after Kangin did, due to a drunk driver. After a few years, he took Henry's advice and his last words were to Yesung, confessing his growing feelings for his best friend.
Yesung finished university and found an outlet to his emotions; he became a writer. He realized that to help himself heal, he had to write about it. His first few books were about several stories revolving around the Suju restaurant and his time there.
He became a famous writer through his personal books; the most favoured book being his first, titled "My Two Best Friends".

A Time for Two

Henry felt the only way to rebuild his relationship with Ryeowook was to start over from the beginning. For the second - and last time - he asked Ryeowook for a first date. He remained at Suju restaurant a few years until he left to open up his own bakery. He became known for creating French desserts with a Korean twist.
With the help of Heechul, Ryeowook learned about business and a year after Henry, left Suju to help him run the bakery.

Ahh, so sad~~~~ ><

Everyone's got a happy ending, but Eeteuk and Yesung...why is it so tragic?

T_________T Especially since Eeteuk eventually fell in love with Yesung too (if I'm not mistaken, that is)

This story was really touching, and I loved reading it till the end^^
